Who Are We?
My name is Jerry Deneen. I am an US Army Veteran and current Law Enforcement Officer in South Florida. I have worked in Law Enforcement for 23 years, 19 of them working as a SWAT operator. During that time participating in over 2,000 SWAT operations to include hundreds of counter assault team presidential dignitary protection missions augmenting the US Secret Service. As a SWAT operator, I have operationally worked all components of a SWAT entry team member. I have been a High Liability Law Enforcement Trainer and a SWAT trainer for my agency and in my region for over 15 years. Evolution Training and Consulting (ETAC) is a culmination of experience from thousands of real-world SWAT operations and countless hours of training. ETAC delivers synergetic training through current and ever-changing tactical training, techniques and problem-solving solutions backed by real-life experience and law enforcement legality. Our training, based on reality, common sense and natural human behavior, is delivered to our clients by instructors who are subject matter experts in their craft and currently working in the field.
