Who Are We?
My name is Jerry Deneen. I am an US Army Veteran and current Law Enforcement Officer in South Florida. I have worked in Law Enforcement for 21 years, 17 of them working as a SWAT operator. During that time participating in over 2,000 SWAT operations to include hundreds of counter assault team presidential dignitary protection missions augmenting the US Secret Service. As a SWAT operator, I have operationally worked all components of a SWAT entry team member. I have been a High Liability Law Enforcement Trainer and a SWAT trainer for my agency and in my region for over 15 years. Evolution Training and Consulting (ETAC) is a culmination of experience from thousands of real-world SWAT operations and countless hours of training. ETAC delivers synergetic training through current and ever-changing tactical training, techniques and problem-solving solutions backed by real-life experience and law enforcement legality.
